This advanced, microprocessor-controlled medical device packager incorporates a host of key features for the critical device packager. Clean room ready, the MS-450C is easy to set up and is designed to generate a manageable design of experiment. The user can set a specific temperature in 1 degree increments, and can set heat dwell times and can also set a cool release temperature, guaranteeing that even if production speed changes, the solidification process of the film will not be changed.

The MS-450C also incorporates an integrated datalogger that allows for realtime interpretation of packaging data. The quality assurance team can simply insert a CF memory card into the included integrated CF slot. This data can be gathered for a set period of time in order to capture actual production data. The card can simply be moved to a computer desktop or laptop and with the optional pc adapter, all data can be gathered for the quality assurance team's evaluation. In this data stream, you can view date and time stamping of seal, time of seal, heat temperature, cool-down temperature and pressure and also any alarm data during the capture period.

This ability to randomly sample production environment conditions aids in total validation compliance. Also, the MS-450C includes an integrated thermal transfer printer. Unlike ink printers that will smear on clear films such as foil, poly, PET, etc. the MS-450C's thermal transfer printer effectively tattoos the data onto the pouch ensuring that production date, sterilization data and lot coding will remain intact to the end user.

The setup of this printer is done through a simple step-menu function on the microprocessor. And to stay compliant to ISO coding requirements, symbolizations such as hourglass, bracketed lot coding, etc. can be stamped on the pouch in order to manage the total coding requirements for your sterile device.

Keylock function prevents unauthorized user-access. Supervisor password is required for changing critical machine parameters with sealer's microprocessor.
