• How to Return a Machine for Service or Calibration

    Please take a few moments to read the SRA agreement. The SRA or service return authorization agreement outlines important instructions on how to safely return your machine for service or calibration. Sadly, many machines have come to our service center completely destroyed and because of improper crating and padding, UPS or FedEx would not cover the total loss of the machine. Remember to select that you have read the SRA agreement and please submit your form below. We look forward to providing an accurate calibration or precision service on your quality machine.   • Does Your Machine Need Service?

    There's no better time to service your machine than when your machine is already in our metrology lab for calibration. We can perform a complete PM on your sealer in order to keep your machine running reliably the coming year. If you chose to have us perform service on your machine, please indicate which service in the "any additional comments" box, above.
