Our goal for 2007 is to ship parts within 72 hours of your phone call if in stock. We understand the time-sensitivity of needed parts and we believe you will be impressed with our fast response to your order. We also have developed an order accuracy second count system that will help to assure you get the parts you ordered.

This year, we will be bar-coding each part SKU in order to electronically track pre-established minimum inventory levels. This system will order parts in order to assure your part will be in-stock and ready to ship when you call us.

Let Van der Stähl Scientific's factory-trained service department perform your annual preventative maintenance or calibration. Each time a machine comes into our service center, we perform a 25-point inspection. We were able to identify machine's expected operational zones and make needed corrections. The trained personnel in our metrology lab can accurately calibrate your medical device packaging machine as well as perform a host of seal-checks and thermal evaluations with our well-equipped, state of the art, metrology and service lab.
