Kit includes all needed connectors and components to convert your MS-350-NP into an MS-350-NG

Van der Stahl Scientific, Inc. is excited to offer the next-generation microprocessor. Now you can control release temperature during the critical cool down phase of packaging. Many of our customers who have purchased the earlier version of the MS-350 medical pouch sealer wished to synchronize all microprocessors for a cleaner total validation.

With the new NG conversion kit, you can enjoy the advanced functionality of the 2007 MS-350 medical packaging machines. This new microprocessor also creates a bonus function wherein quality teams can lockout machine operational settings to create a firewall between operators and pre-selected operational settings.

This kit is easily installed by following a simple process without the need of sending your machine back to our service department for a retrofit. Simply change out the microprocessors by removing with four phillips screws, unplugging keyed terminals and reinstalling the keyed wire harnesses back into the new microprocessor. Then follow the instructions below to install the new temp. sensor module. Note that on the new temp. sensor modules, the module and the temp. sensor are an integrated part, which will make for easy and accurate replacement of your temperature sensor during your regular preventative maintenance sessions.
