It was nearly ten years ago when Van der Stähl Scientific took a maverick step by starting the Van der Stähl information network. The aim of this internal group was to provide sterile device packaging education to our valued customers.

As the sterile barrier system becomes more complex, the need for additional information resources expands. We started our program by offering audio CDs that we distributed at tradeshows and via mail to our network of customers throughout North America. The validation report was received generously and warmly by its listeners. Because of the logistics of distributing the CD became more complicated and taxing on Van der Stähl Scientific, it was decided to create the validation report radio program. In the same spirit of the validation report CD, the validation report radio's goal is to spread the gospel of sterile device packaging compliance under the new sterile barrier system guidelines.
